The Project Problem:
Doc Scientia presented an online course for Grade 12 students who were adamant to get 80% or higher in their final Physics and Chemistry exams. It was an online course presented by an expert teacher with more than two decades' teaching experience and more than 10 years' experience as an examiner and marker. This was only the second year that Doc Scientia has presented this online webinar.
The Copy Solution:
The main aim of the copy was to illuminate pain points that the target audience may experience before their final exams. It also expresses the value that this course brings to the table – both financial and educational. Building on the marketing copy that preceded this sales letter, it reminded the audience of the small percentage of scholars who were able to achieve distinctions the previous year, creating a sense of exclusivity. The outcome was an increase of 50% of attendees in the second year of the online webinar.
